For the new KHE MVP hub very high quality precision bearings are used, which are the most important part of a hub. The continuous 10mm hardened 4130 CrMo axle is especially suitable for street and park riders who use pegs. The hub body as well as the cone nuts are CNC machined and hard anodised. Ensure Compatibility:
This hub is exclusively designed for BMX bikes.
Do not use the hub on other types of vehicles.
Ensure that the hub is compatible with your BMX frame and fork. Pay particular attention to axle diameters and dropout spacing.
Installation: Position the hub evenly between the frame dropouts. Tighten the axle nuts with 25–35 Nm torque. Spin the front wheel to ensure it rotates freely and does not rub against brake pads or other parts.
Maintenance and Care:
Lubricate the bearings and other moving parts of the hub regularly.
Tighten all fastening elements periodically to the specified torque.
Replacement Due to Wear: If worn, unevenly used, cracked, or damaged, replace the hub immediately.
