Would you like to send something back? No problem! The returns process at KHE is simple and straightforward. Just follow the instructions below.
How to return your order to us:
1.
Fill out our contact form so we can send you a return label via email. By default, you will receive a non-prepaid label, meaning the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. In special cases, our service team may provide an individual solution.
2. Print out the return form and enclose it with your return shipment or send it to us by e-mail.

3. Pack the items in a box.
In principle, all our products can be returned to us during the return period. The decision as to whether you receive a free return label is made by our service employee on an individual basis.
Please make sure that the returned products are well packaged so that no damage occurs and we can refund you the full amount.

4. Hand in the parcel at the post office.
You can find your nearest DHL or Deutsche Post branch here.
5. Wait for our feedback.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The refund will be made to the original payment method (unless you paid by credit card). If you paid by credit card, please enter your IBAN on the return form so that we can refund the purchase amount.
