Einfach Mega stark was hier als Service geleistet wird. Wir bauen nur für Junior ein altes KHE Bike neu auf und kaufen kein neues. Der Support über die Geschäftsführung toppt alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Alles in allem ist KHE eine echte Offenbarung. Die technischen Details der Bikes sind Mega und es fühlt sich rundum einfach geil an!

Meine vorrägige Bewertung fiel schlechter aus. Grund dafür ist, daß ich schon oft auf blöde Anbieter gestoßen bin und demzufolge einfach meine negativen Erfahrungen ausspreche. Auf meine erste Bewertung kontaktierte man mich sofort, was ich persönlich echt klasse fand und man direkt merkte das der Kunde ganz oben steht. Dicken Daumen hoch dafür. Trotz Ferndiagnose wurden wir super beraten, nach ein paar Mails und Fotos hin und her war das Problem am Fahrrad gefunden und wir konnten es selbst beheben. Unser Sohn ist mega glücklich das er wieder BMX fahren kann. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice! Sehr freundlich, bemüht und kompetent!
