Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, North Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan.

Note on shipping prices: For each country, we list one price for Warenpost and one price for a standard parcel.
This is the lowest price we can offer. During checkout, depending on the item, weight and size, multiple shipping options may appear and additional costs may apply.
Shipping for BMX bikes is generally more expensive than the normal standard parcel.

Deliveries to non-EU countries
All parcels are shipped with the shipping service provider DHL. The delivery time is stated in working days.
The shipping costs listed below are stated as gross prices (including German VAT). For deliveries to non-EU countries, German VAT is automatically deducted during the ordering process, so the calculation is made without German VAT (tax-free export delivery). In addition, import charges may apply in the destination country (e.g. customs duties and import VAT), which must be borne by the recipient.
The shipping costs in dollars for the USA, Canada, Australia and Japan are already net prices without tax.
Delivery periods
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1 - 3 working days, and for international deliveries within 2 - 17 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
