The KHE Black Jack brake rotor in 160 mm delivers reliable, consistent braking for BMX, dirt, and pumptrack bikes with disc brakes. Made from stainless hardened steel, it resists heat and corrosion while maintaining precise modulation and strong bite.
Designed to match KHE Black Jack Disc components, this disc brake rotor installs cleanly and runs stable under load. At only 142 g, it balances low rotating mass with high durability. Supplied with six mounting bolts for secure, accurate fitment and long service life.

KHEbikes was founded in 1988 by the brothers Thomas and Wolfgang Göring in Karlsruhe. This makes it the oldest German BMX Company. For over 25 years, the name KHEbikes stands for innovation.
Intended use: Brake rotor for compatible bicycle disc brake systems. Use only with compatible brake calipers, hubs and mounting systems. Not suitable for motorised vehicles or any other purpose.
Installation / use: Install the brake rotor correctly using the supplied bolts and tighten them to the manufacturer's specified torque. Before every ride, inspect the rotor and bolts for secure fit, wear, deformation or cracks. Do not touch a hot brake rotor immediately after riding.
Care and cleaning: Keep the brake rotor clean and free from grease. Use only suitable brake cleaners or isopropyl alcohol. Do not use oil- or grease-based cleaning agents.
Replacement due to wear: Replace the brake rotor immediately if it is below the minimum thickness, cracked, warped or otherwise damaged. A damaged rotor may significantly reduce braking performance.
