2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all giveaways organized by the Organizer via Instagram and/or Facebook.
By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 13 years or older.
Participants under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Participation is open worldwide where legally permitted.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- Employees of the Organizer
- Partner companies involved in the giveaway
- Persons providing false information
- Automated accounts/bots
- Fake or giveaway-only accounts
- Participants violating platform rules or these terms and conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of suspected manipulation, fraud, or abuse.
4. Participation in the Giveaway
The specific participation requirements are described in the respective giveaway post on Instagram and/or Facebook.
Typical participation actions may include:
- Following the official account
- Liking a post
- Commenting on a post
- Tagging other users
- Sharing a post or story
Multiple entries may be permitted if explicitly stated in the respective giveaway post.
5. Giveaway Period
The participation period is specified in the respective giveaway post.
Entries submitted outside the specified timeframe will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries after the giveaway period has ended.
Winners may be announced via:
- Direct message (DM)
- Comment reply
- Instagram/Facebook Story or post
Winners must respond within 72 hours after notification.
If no response is received within this timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Prizes
The respective prize will be described in the corresponding giveaway post.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the announced prize with an equivalent alternative prize if necessary.
8. Shipping and Customs Fees
Shipping is available worldwide where legally permitted.
Any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or additional charges in the recipient’s country are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for:
- Shipping delays
- Customs-related issues
- Lost or damaged shipments caused by shipping providers
9. Liability Disclaimer
The Organizer is not liable for:
- Technical malfunctions
- Instagram/Facebook outages
- Data loss
- Transmission errors
- Incomplete or late entries
The Organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Early Termination or Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate giveaways at any time without prior notice if required for legal, technical, or organizational reasons.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the giveaway will be used exclusively for the administration of the giveaway.
This may include in particular:
- Instagram/Facebook username
- Name
- Address
- Email address
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for conducting the giveaway or shipping the prize.
Data will be deleted after the giveaway has been fully completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

12. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
Instagram and Facebook are not contact persons for this giveaway.
By participating, all participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this giveaway.
13. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
