MVP 4-piece handlebar – lightweight yet extremely strong
As with all products in the MVP series, our goal is to offer a top product at a top price. Weighing only about 850g (≈ 1.87 lbs), this handlebar is very light – but thanks to its geometry and durable 4130 CrMo steel, it remains extremely strong. To keep the weight down, it is made using butted tubes. This means the wall thickness varies internally (not visible from the outside), providing reinforcement at critical areas. This butted technology was co-developed by KHE and is now standard in the high-end BMX sector.

Ensure Compatibility: Ensure that the BMX handlebar fits your frame and stem. Proper handlebar clamping is essential for a stable connection. Tighten the handlebar clamp crosswise with 8 Nm.
Suitable for Tricks and Stunts: The handlebar is designed for BMX tricks and hard landings. It is intended exclusively for BMX use.
No Modifications: Do not perform modifications such as drilling or cutting on the handlebar.
Use in Rain: Clean and dry the handlebar after riding in the rain to prevent rust formation.
Regular Inspection for Cracks and Deformations: Regularly inspect the BMX steel handlebar for cracks, deformations, or hairline cracks, especially at the weld seams. Replace the handlebar immediately if cracks or damage are found.
