Our new Sidepull brake is made of aluminium and is also used on our KHE BMX bikes. The clamping & guiding of the brake can easily be changed. This is the case when the brake cable is guided through the fork & you have to clamp the cable at the upper part of the brake. This brake has a very good spring tension.

Scope of Use:
The sidepull brake is intended for bicycles and BMX bikes in everyday riding situations, primarily on smooth surfaces. It is not suitable for extreme off-road rides or intense freestyle BMX sports.
Installation:
The sidepull brake must be securely mounted to the designated fitting on the frame or fork. Check that the central screw is securely in place and fully tightened.
No Modifications: Do not perform modifications such as drilling or cutting on the brake.
Use in Rain:
Braking performance may be reduced when wet or on dirty surfaces. In these conditions, maintain an anticipatory and cautious riding style.
Regular Inspection: The brake arms and brake pads should be regularly checked for alignment to ensure consistent braking force and optimal braking performance. Replace the brake immediately if damaged.
