Intended use: The headset is designed as a BMX component for bearing and guiding the fork within the head tube. It ensures safe and precise steering of the BMX bicycle and is intended exclusively for use with compatible BMX frames and 1 1/8" forks.
Wearing instructions / Use / Assembly: The headset must only be installed in BMX frames with a compatible press-fit diameter of 39 mm. Installation must be carried out professionally using suitable tools. All components must be correctly aligned and pressed in without tension. Before each ride, ensure that the headset is securely installed without play and that no unusual noises or movements occur.
Care and cleaning: Clean the headset regularly to remove dirt, dust and moisture. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth. The sealed bearings must not be opened. Avoid high-pressure cleaners and aggressive cleaning agents to prevent damage to the bearing seals.
Replacement in case of wear: The headset must be replaced if there is noticeable bearing play, stiff steering, unusual noises or visible damage. Continued use of a worn headset may compromise riding safety.
