After more than two years of development, the KHE MAC3 is now ready for the market.
The goal: One of the most stable yet lightweight 2.40" BMX street/park tires available.
While conventional BMX tires usually feature a single cotton casing layer, the MAC3 uses a dual Kevlar casing.
Kevlar is significantly stronger and lighter than cotton and does not absorb rubber.
The result is maximum stability, even at high pressure up to 6.9 bar / 100 PSI, combined with an extremely low weight of approx. 690 g.
This makes the MAC3 ideal for demanding street and park riding.

Intended use: The BMX tyre is designed as a bicycle tyre for BMX bikes. It provides traction, riding stability and safety and is intended for BMX use, especially for street and park riding. The tyre must only be used on compatible 20 inch BMX rims.
Wearing instructions / Use / Assembly: The BMX tyre must be professionally mounted on a suitable rim. The maximum permissible air pressure of 6.9 bar / 100 PSI must not be exceeded. Before each ride, check the tyre for correct seating, sufficient air pressure and visible damage. Riding with damaged or incorrectly mounted tyres may lead to loss of control and accidents.
Care and cleaning: Clean the BMX tyre regularly to remove dirt, dust and debris using water and a soft cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or solvents, as they may damage the material. The tyre should be stored dry and protected from prolonged UV exposure.
Replacement in case of wear: The BMX tyre is a wear part and must be replaced immediately in case of visible tread wear, cracks, cuts, deformation or material fatigue. Continued use of worn or damaged tyres poses a significant safety risk.
