Schwalbe Aerothan 2025 TPU BMX Tube
The new 2025 Aerothan TPU BMX Tube is specifically designed for Park, Street, Ramp & Flatland. With reinforced wall thickness, it remains stable even at low pressures and offers excellent puncture protection. The extremely low weight improves handling, control, and enables higher jumps.

Ensure Compatibility:
Make sure the tires and tubes are compatible with your BMX bike. The KHE MAC3 Street/Park tires (2.40" wide, 690 g per tire) are suitable for BMX bikes and fit 20-inch wheels. Check if the Schwalbe Aerothan 2025 TPU tubes (82 g per tube) are compatible with the tires and rims.
Intended Use:
This set is ideal for BMX disciplines such as park, street, ramp, and flatland. The double carcass and Kevlar material of the KHE MAC3 tires provide high durability, while the Schwalbe Aerothan tubes offer maximum puncture protection and high performance at a low weight.
Installation: Correctly install the tires and tubes, ensuring that the tire fits securely on the rim and the tube is evenly positioned. Make sure the air pressure does not exceed the maximum of 6.9 bar / 100 PSI.
Air Pressure and Regular Inspection:
Ensure that the recommended air pressure for the KHE MAC3 tires and Schwalbe Aerothan 2025 TPU tubes is maintained. Regularly check the air pressure, tire profiles, and tubes for signs of damage or wear, especially after intense use or jumps.
Replacement When Worn: If you notice signs of wear, uneven wear, or damage, replace the tires and/or tubes immediately to ensure safety.
