Correct Size: Use only tubes that fit the size and width of your tires and rims.
Maintain Tire Pressure: Keep the recommended air pressure from the tube and tire manufacturer to avoid damage and punctures.
Careful Installation: Ensure that the tube is evenly placed inside the tire and is not pinched during installation to prevent blowouts.
Check Tire and Rim: Before installation, check that the tire and rim are free of foreign objects or sharp edges to avoid damaging the tube.
Valve Condition: Check the valve for tightness and leaks to prevent air loss. Use the correct valve type (Schrader/Auto, Presta, or Dunlop) for your rim.
