Charlotte Worthington

British rider Charlotte Worthington has been focusing on BMX riding since 2010. 8 years later, she joined the national team of Great Britain, the so-called "British Cycling Team". She has also been part of the KHE MAC team since 2020 and rides with the KHE MAC 2 tires.

Who is Charlotte Worthington?

Multiple winner

Since 2018, Worthington has crowned herself with several victories in the BMX Freestyle category. In 2019 she became European Champion and in 2021 even Olympic Champion at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. In 2024, she took part in the UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup and finished in 4th place.

From humble beginnings

Her parents are simple people, her father a gardener and her mother a teacher. Before concentrating on BMX, Worthington worked as a chef in Manchester. She probably never thought she would turn her hobby - BMX riding - into a career.

Trendsetter

In her first run in the Olympic Games, Worthington was the first woman to attempt a 360 backflip in a competition. However, this attempt failed and she only landed the trick on her second run. All she could think about was "either gold or nothing".

UK National Team x KHEbikes

Charlotte Worthington is one of many riders on the British BMX team who have been using KHE MAC2+ folding tires with full conviction for years. The team will continue to ride with KHE tires in the future and is supported by KHEbikes.
