The PROMAX S3 MTB brake pads are versatile sintered brake pads for disc brakes, delivering consistent stopping power across changing trail and weather conditions. Designed for reliable modulation and durability, they are an ideal replacement pad set for MTB and bicycle disc brake systems.
Wide compatibility covers many calipers from PROMAX, Shimano, Tektro, and TRP, including Shimano Deore mechanical BR-M515LA and hydraulic BR-M525/415/465/475/485/495, plus BR-C501/601/700, PROMAX DSK-909, and Tektro Auriga Comp, E-Comp, Draco, Orion, and Pro. For Shimano, Tektro, and TRP this is not an OEM spare part. Includes a stainless steel replacement clip.

Intended use: Sintered brake pads for compatible bicycle disc brake systems. Suitable for the specified compatible PROMAX brake calipers and selected Shimano, Tektro and TRP models. Always verify exact compatibility with the brake caliper and rotor before installation.
Installation / use: Install the brake pads correctly and fit the supplied stainless-steel retaining clip properly. Before every ride, check secure installation, sufficient pad thickness and correct braking function. Bed in new brake pads according to the brake manufacturer's instructions. Do not continue riding if unusual noises, significantly reduced braking performance or uneven wear occur.
Care and cleaning: Keep brake pads and rotors clean and free from oil, grease and other contamination. Use only suitable brake cleaners. Contaminated brake pads may permanently lose braking performance and may need to be replaced.
Replacement due to wear: Replace the brake pads immediately when the wear limit is reached or if cracks, chipping, uneven wear or contamination are present. Damaged or worn brake pads may significantly reduce braking performance.
