Justin Dowell

Born in 2000, Justin Dowell has already achieved a lot in his BMX career for his young age. As a member of the US national team, Dowell has been competing at the Olympic Games since 2020. He has been a member of the KHE MAC team since 2018 and, like his colleagues, rides with the MAC 2 tires.

Who is Justin Dowell?

One-time Olympian, but not last time?

At the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Dowell rode as part of the USA team and finished 8th in the Men's Park category. In 2024, the BMXer will presumably be back at the start line to fight for a good result for his country.

Competitions

Dowell has also been competing in the X-Games since 2022 and won two silver medals in the "BMX Park" category on his debut. At the 2023 X-Games in Japan and California, he finished just off the podium in 4th place. He finished 28th at the UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup.

The Twix

Justin Dowell was the first BMXer to perform a so-called "Twix". This trick consists of a simultaneous tailwhip and barspin. Not to be confused with the delicious chocolate bar, but at least as good!

US National Team x KHEBikes

Justin Dowell is one of the riders of the USA BMX Team who has been using the KHE MAC2+ folding tires with full conviction for years. The team will continue to ride with KHE tires in the future and is supported by KHEbikes.
